United Way of Bradford County Seeking Executive Director

The United Way of Bradford County has the following position available effective January 2, 2025.

Executive Director
(Full-Time Non-Exempt)

The Executive Director provides innovative and strategic leadership by working with the Board of Directors and any contracted team, community partners, agency partners and, leaders and donors to allow UWBC to identify, understand and act on the issues that determine its ability to accomplish its vision and mission.
This position may be staffed at either the Executive Director or Director’s level, based on experience.
Successful Candidate should possess or have experience in the following areas:

• Community, Organizational Leadership and Fiscal Responsibility
• Knowledge and understanding of computer applications and systems
• Experience working with non-profit organizations a plus but not required
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel various organizations throughout Bradford County
• Ability to pass state background clearances
